With 15+ years of experience as a REALTOR in the Daytona Beach Area, Patti McKinley is a devoted and deeply motivated representative for her clients at every stage of the home owning and buying process. Her Daughter and team member, Kellie McKinley has been working along side her for the last 5 years. Every property has unique opportunities and challenges, but Patti and Kellie specialize in developing a custom roadmap to make each client’s dream home a reality. As 24 year residents of Ormond Beach, they have cultivated flourishing relationships in the community while acquiring an in-depth knowledge of the local market that has consistently shaped their recommendations.
Patti is a member of the Realty Pros Executive Club since its founding in 2012 and winner of the Daytona Beach News-Journal Certified Top Producer Award, Women's Council of REALTORS Elite Top Gun Award, and the Realty Pros Top Sales Agent and Team Sales Achievement Awards, Patti has been applauded at the highest level for her consistent performance as a top producer. With an active interest in investing in the community, Patti has also served on the Board of Directors at Riverbend Academy and the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce Beautification Committee.
Kellie, also reached the Realty Pros Executive Club last year, she served on the Board for the Women’s Council of Realtors and won the Rising Star Award for 2023 from the Women’s Council. Both Patti and Kellie are All-Star Team Leaders at Realty Pros Assured!
